As a breeder of the critically endangered Carolina Marsh Tacky, the SC State Heritage Horse, I offer a 25% discount on my hourly rate for members of the Carolina Marsh Tacky Association for legal work related to horses. All documents are customized for the client’s particular needs and are reduced to a Word document for the client’s future needs. If you are not located in the Anderson area, most of the equine related legal work can be performed long distance. I practice equine law in all South Carolina counties.
